(PCS) has over twenty one years’ experience in development project management and contract administration in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. We have provided project management for some of the most iconic developments including Sugar Hill and Limegrove.
Our unique selling point is in providing one point of contact for the client to ensure the success of any project regardless of scope. We also offer quantity surveying services through our affiliation with Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), a global cost consultancy firm.
We understand the balance needed to meet budget milestones within time frames without compromising quality. Our project managers combine cost consultancy knowledge, project management ability and communication skills to manage construction and development projects from conception to completion. We have specialist knowledge in building contract administration.

our approach
At PCS we employ the most appropriate or a combination of three principal valuation methods to establishing market value based on an Income Approach, a Market Approach or Depreciated Replacement Cost. The indication of values derived from the respective valuation methods are reconciled by applying a percentage weighting and aggregating their contributions towards the final valuation figure. The differences in values are resolved and explained and a conclusion on final value is made based on the appropriateness of each approach and the reliability of the information utilized in determining each indication of value.
