Marie-Jeanne Symmonds is a Chartered Accountant, with over 10 years post qualification experience in the Caribbean and has worked with Property Consultancy Services Inc. as a Finance Manager since 2001.

Marie-Jeanne worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in St. Lucia and Barbados between the years of 1992 and 1996. Her client base was extremely diversified and included hospitality companies such as Club St. Lucia and the Sandy Lane Hotel. She specialised in Computerised Information System Audits. During 1997 and 1998 she was the Group Financial Controller for the St. James Beach Hotels PLC and from 1999 to 2000 she freelanced working for periods of 4 months to 1 year at CIBC West Indies, Bico Ltd., and Villa Nova Hotel.

Marie-Jeanne has been involved in financial management of all of PCS’ major clients, including the Sugar Hill development. Her responsibilities include budgeting & financial modelling, investment advice and due diligence, business plan preparation, feasibility studies, procurement of finance as well as project management.
